For Aby, sharing her music has been a lifelong inevitability. Uploading a handful of tracks to Soundcloud as an outlet for her creativity in 2019, her music struck a chord with many and resulted in an outpouring of support. Since then, Aby has garnered a dedicated fan base, forging a personal connection with her audience. Regularly teaming up with long-term collaborator, Monjola, Aby sings from the heart, telling compelling stories wrapped in alluring melodies.

Through her nostalgic meld of 90’s R&B beats, buttery vocals and piqued by her astute observational lyricism, Aby has amassed an impressive 6.7 million Spotify listeners. Taking inspiration from her Senegalese heritage and merging this with her day-to-day experiences of Dublin life, Aby creates a sound that’s effortlessly her own.

Having burst onto the scene in 2020 with her greatly-received debut single ‘Taurus’, quickly racking up 2.5M streams, Aby followed that up with ‘Long Nights’, ‘Weekdays’, ‘Where u at’, & ‘Rewind’ which received its debut performance on Ireland’s Late Late Show. Most recently, Abyshared the stunning ‘Patience’ alongside Sam Fallover’s directed video. Aby returns with a vibrant new single, ‘DYWS?’ via AMF Records.
