How do I purchase tickets for an MCD event?

MCD Productions do not sell tickets. Unless otherwise specified, Ticketmaster are our official Ticketing Agent for all shows. Please consult their website (Ticketmaster.ie) for all ticketing queries: 

Tickets for MCD events may be purchased via the website or at designated ticket centres, which may be found here. Be advised that Accessible Bookings may only be purchased via the contact details on by following this link 

This applies to all venues, except for The Olympia Theatre, where all Accessible bookings must be done via the Olympia Box Office.

We endeavour all customers to purchase tickets for all shows through our Ticketing Agent, Ticketmaster. MCD Productions do not deal with third party resellers, and cannot assist with any queries relating to such.

Stage Times:
Stage Times, where available, will be displayed on MCD Social Media in advance of the show. Stage Times relating to larger Outdoor Shows, will be released in the Public Information Notice in the days leading up to the show.

Any queries sent to MCD Productions relating to Stage Times will not be responded to. Please be advised that Stage Times are always subject to change.

I’ve Lost my ticket / Ticket has been stolen / Ticket has been destroyed. What can I do?

All Ticketing Issues must be brought to the attention of our official Ticketing Agent, Ticketmaster, as soon as possible. Please find their contact information at this link

To assist with a more positive & swifter response, please have your booking reference & other relevant booking information available upon request.

MCD Productions are unable to assist with such queries, and they will be diverted to the ticketing agent.

I am an accessible customer and wish to attend an MCD event. How do I go about this?

I’m going to an Outdoor Event which is promoted by MCD. Where can I obtain further info?

We will update the MCD website with relevant information relating to each event as we receive it. We would advise all attendees consult the Public Information Notice, which is issued for all events at specific outdoor venues. These will be posted to the pertinent venue in our Venues Listings. Be advised that Outdoor Shows will take place come hail, rain or shine, so please plan all aspects of your visit here accordingly.

In the unlikely occurrence of a cancellation / rescheduled event…

MCD Productions will do their utmost to inform the general public of any cancelled or rescheduled events as soon as possible. Such information will be distributed:

  1. To you, the customer, directly, if you have provided Ticketmaster with your contact information when the booking was being processed
  2. Via MCD’s Social Media Platforms
  3. Other Media Platforms (where appropriate)

Internships/Work Experience/Jobs:

Support slots for gigs:
Our bookers will generally have an idea of support acts to be booked for all shows in advance. However, if you are insistent that you are a suitable support act for a certain show, please forward on your details to contact@mcd.ie. We will then send onto the relevant persons here in MCD and hopefully they will be in touch. Follow – up emails here are not needed.

Meet & Greets:
MCD Productions do not organize Meet & Greets. If such a package is not available to purchase via Ticketmaster, MCD Productions are unable to arrange one under any circumstances.

Photo pass / Accreditation:
Please pass your request on to contact@mcd.ie . This will then be forwarded onto the relevant persons here in MCD and hopefully they will be in touch. Follow – up emails here are not needed.

Charity requests / Fundraising / Sponsorship:
