DOORS 7PM | UNDER 16S ACCOMPANIED | IMPORTANT: NO QUEUING ALLOWED PRIOR TO DOORS OPENING
STRICTLY NO EARLY QUEUING OR CAMPING PERMITTED. If patrons do turn up early, they will be turned away at restricted area points around the event venue. Queuing in streets around the venue will cause disruption to residents of the area and we appeal to patrons to heed this advice and respect the local community. Customers should plan to be within the venue 45 mins. before show start.
THINGS TO KNOW:
• There is one entry point to the venue; please enter via Simmonscourt Road.
• Show your ticket at the ticket check outside the venue grounds for inspection.
• Strict security checks will be in operation. Everyone will be subject to a search permissible under law, per Purchase Policy. It is a condition to entry, to protect everyone’s safety. Additional searches may take place once inside the venue.
• Patrons are especially advised not to bring large bags/backpacks as they may experience delays or be refused entry. There will be no storage facilities on-site. Any items left at entrances / in surrounding areas will be removed and disposed of accordingly.
• Bags larger than A4, glass or cans, umbrellas, alcohol, garden furniture, selfie sticks, flares, flags/banners larger than A3, professional cameras and audio recording equipment will not be permitted. See the full list of prohibited items on Prohibited Items | MCD.ie.
• Obey the stewards and Gardaí instructions for your own safety.
• There are no re-admissions to the concert. If you leave, there is no re-entry.
• Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission without refund to anyone who fails to comply with these T&Cs, as agreed by customer and per Ticketmaster Purchase Policy.
• Don’t rush to exits after the concerts.
• Due to health and safety, there are strictly no camping/collapsible chairs/stools permitted in the venue. Please do not bring these items as security will have to refuse you entry with them.
• This is an indoor venue. However, please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly for Irish weather for your commute - no umbrellas permitted.
TRANSPORT:
Plan and book your return travel arrangements in advance allowing 2 hours travel time to and from the venue. As traffic and parking delays are inevitable you are strongly encouraged to walk, use public transport and private coach services. Promoters do not operate transport to/from the venue, this is a matter for customers to arrange in advance.
• BY DART: The Dart will run services to and from the concerts each day. Please alight at Sandymount Station.
• BY BUS: Dublin Bus run services that will bring you within walking distance of the concert site.
Bus Routes from the City Centre include 4,7,7a,27x
• BY CAR: There is limited parking in the area; MCD strongly encourages patrons to use public transport.
Do not park illegally – 24hr towing will be in operation.
TICKET INFO/ROUTES:
There will be one entrance to the venue via Simmonsocurt Road.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:
Under 16’s MUST be accompanied at all times by a Parent/Guardian over 25, who take full responsibility and remain with them throughout the event. Strict age monitoring in place. Unaccompanied under 16’s will be refused entry without refund. Recommended no under 5’s.
TICKET COLLECTIONS:
Ticketmaster box office will be located near the entrance to the arena as you enter via Simmonscourt Road.

We cannot amend or move any ticket bookings, but if you are attending on general admission tickets and would benefit from an accessible accommodation, you can request it here: Outdoor Accessibility Requests | MCD.ie. Please note, all forms close 7 days out from event date.
Accessible ticket holders do not need to contact us. They will be contacted directly regarding accessible parking. All accessible parking must be arranged in advance.
RDS Simmonscourt is situated in a residential area. We would appeal to all patrons to respect the local community by not littering, not engaging in anti-social behaviour and by not parking illegally. Please respect the neighbours.
