Macklemore will make a highly anticipated return to Ireland with two dates this summer. The multi platinum and grammy award winning rapper has announced shows for St. Anne’ Park, Dublin on 4 June and Virgin Media Park, Cork on 5 June 2025 and will be joined by special guest RUDIM3NTAL.
Following a quiet grind over the course of a decade, Macklemore magnetically drew the mainstream to him— on his own terms. Fiercely committed to independence, he teamed up with producer Ryan Lewis and unveiled The Heist in 2012. He entered rarified air as one of only 19 acts in history to earn two RIAA diamond singles from the same album, namely “Thrift Shop” [feat. Wanz] and “Can’t Hold Us.” Not to mention, the duo garnered four GRAMMY® Awards in the categories of “Best New Artist,” “Best Rap Album” for The Heist, and “Best Rap Song” and “Best Rap Performance” for “Thrift Shop.” 2017 saw him unveil his sophomore solo LP, Gemini. It bowed at #2 on the Billboard 200 and claimed #1 on the Top Rap Albums Chart, Top R&B/Hip- Hop Albums Chart, and Top Independent Albums Chart powered by platinum singles—“Glorious” [feat. Skylar Grey], “Good Old Days” [feat. Ke$ha], and “Marmalade” [feat. Lil Yachty]. Along the way, he gathered nearly 20 billion total streams and views, enshrining him as one of the most successful independent artists in history. He has supported artists in his hometown as co-founder of hip-hop and youth development program The Residency. As a staunch advocate for addiction and recovery, he notably appeared in an MTV special alongside President Barack Obama about the opioid epidemic in America. His ventures have expanded to include golf and lifestyle clothing brand Bogey Boys and co-ownership of both Major League Soccer team Seattle Sounders and NHL team Seattle Kraken. Not to mention, he remains active on boards for MusiCares and The Underground Museum in LA.
With history-making accolades, diamond-certified singles, multiple GRAMMY® Awards, and countless sold-out shows, don’t miss Macklemore live in Ireland this summer St. Anne’ Park, Dublin on 4 June and Virgin Media Park, Cork on 5 June 2025 and will be joined by special guest RUDIM3NTAL. Subject to licence.
Tickets €59.90 / €69.90, subject to 12.5% Ticketmaster service charge per ticket (max €10.50). Service charges will apply.
Hot on the heels of a string of UK and Dublin shows acclaimed for their power and emotion, The Corrs have announced two massive open-air shows for Cork and Dublin next summer at Virgin Media Park on Friday 6th June and St. Anne’s Park onSunday 8th June. Both shows will feature special guest Imelda May and additional support from Natalie Imbruglia. Concerts are subject to licence.
Having already sold over 40 million records, the siblings - Andrea, Sharon, Caroline and Jim - have won even more new fans in 2024 with their Talk on Corners tour and the band are ready for Stage 2. Talk on Corners audiences can expect the full live experience of classic hits that have made fans of everyone from Taylor Swift to Emma Watson. After this year’s Manchester show, The Guardian wrote that “there’s a grungy angst to ‘I Never Loved You Anyway’ that would make Olivia Rodrigo jealous,” and that the band’s biggest hit, ‘Breathless’, is “exhilarating, the audience dancing in the aisles.”
Their massive commercial success made pop stars of The Corrs but first and foremost they are musicians, with the spectacular hit-packed concerts showcasing a band at the top of their game, the crowd singing along to every word. The music is packed with “passion and grace and fire and desire” (Get To The Front), whether it is hit singles such as ‘Runaway’, ‘What Can I Do’ and ‘So Young’ or stunning reimaginings of classic tunes like ‘Dreams’ or ‘Little Wing’. “The Irish band rip their wispy image apart with thunderous drums, crunchy guitars and full-throated vocals from an energetic Andrea Corr,” The Guardian wrote.
Andrea Corr said: “The reception we received from audiences on the tour was unbelievable and we can’t wait to get back on stage. The energy the crowd has given us is like nothing we’ve felt before. It’s such a privilege to share the music with everyone - it means the world to us. See you there!”
As well as the shows across the UK and in Dublin, 2024 saw the band perform at the Singapore Grand Prix and at BST Hyde Park as special guests of Shania Twain.
Last month The Corrs announced an exclusive partnership with Soundwaves Art and War Child UK. Limited-edition, hand-signed artworks reimagining the soundwaves of The Corrs’ iconic songs ‘Runaway’ and ‘Breathless’ have been created and are available alongside handwritten lyrics to raise money for the charity War Child, which is committed to protecting, educating, and providing trauma recovery for children in war zones. All limited-edition prints and handwritten lyrics are available on the Soundwaves Art Foundation website via the link here.

Discovered by Mike Scott of The Waterboys on a stormy Tuesday night in the Quay’s Bar, Galway in the late 1980s, The Saw Doctors quickly grew a reputation as a live band, touring around Ireland and the UK, including a six-week stint with The Waterboys on the Fisherman’s Blues tour in 1989. The eight man lineup features longtime members Rickie O’Neill (drums), Kieran Duddy (keyboards and accordion) and Tommy Carton (backing vocals) as well as acclaimed sidemen, Anthony Thistlethwaite (saxophone, formerly of The Waterboys) and Noelie McDonnell (guitar and backing vocals of The Whileaways)
