Accessible Ticket Holder
Do not complete the below forms. We will contact you approx. 2 weeks before your event to discuss:

  • Attendance details
  • Access routes
  • Accessible parking (limited availability at all venues. No event parking at Trinity Series.)

General Admission/Non-Accessible Ticket Holder
If you have a permanent or temporary access requirement and would benefit from one of the following, please complete the relevant form below:

  • An accessible accommodation (respite seating for example), or
  • Standby accessible parking

Accessible Parking Information

  • Accessible ticket holders are given priority on accessible parking
  • Demand is very high and spaces are limited
  • Make alternative travel plans in case a space does not become available
  • Standby spaces may only become available the day before or the morning of the event
  • We will contact you only if a standby parking space becomes available
  • Duplicate parking requests will result in original requests being cancelled

Application Deadline

  • All request forms close 5 days before each event
  • Unfortunately, we cannot consider forms submitted after this deadline due to operational limitations
  • If the team need to verify details, they will make contact directly. Otherwise, you will receive a Priority Pass, along with helpful attendance details, on the morning of your event
  • Do not send follow up requests as they can cause duplication and confusion.
