Leon Bridges is pleased to announce a second Olympia Theatre date on Thursday 8th. November, due to demand. Tickets priced from €31 inclusive are on sale now from Ticketmaster.

The young Fort Worth R&B artist will head out in October and November for seventeen dates, kicking off at Neue Theaterfabrik in Munich on the 23rd October and concluding at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on the 17th November. Tickets for the extra Olmpia show go on general sale this Friday at 9am through Leon’s website www.leonbridges.com and www.ticketmaster.ie – Support on all EU/UK dates in October and November comes from Amber Mark. A special, intimate London show at Jazz Café on the 9th April sold out instantly. Listen to “Bet Ain’t Worth the Hand” & “Bad Bad News” here The album will be available both digitally and physically on the 4th May, and is available to pre-order here.

Good Thing is born from the song “Bad Bad News”, which contains the line “They say that I was born to lose, but I made a good good thing, out of bad bad news”. By now Leon’s backstory is well known; he went from working as a dishwasher and struggling through the open mic scene in his native Fort Worth, Texas to two-time Grammy nominated artist performing at the White House for President Obama, attending the Met Gala and appearing on Saturday Night Live in a two year span. Now a more experienced artist, this album showcases a man’s continued rise from little opportunity to embracing the world stage. If Coming Home was Leon Bridges in black and white, then Good Thing is Leon Bridges in technicolour.
