If you do not have a Ticketmaster AAR number yet, you can apply for that here: TICKETMASTER ACCESSIBLE DATABASE REGISTRATION. It is required information for us to process any accessible requests, so please complete your application and await receiving your AAR number prior to contacting us with your enquiries.
