Drowning Pool & Spineshank announces a co-headline headline show set for later this year at The Academy, Dublin on Thursday 13^th November 2025 with support from nu metal band Hed PE!

Drowning Pool, a name etched in the score of modern rock history, roars back into the spotlight with thunderous energy and uncompromising power. The band’s unmistakable sound, synonymous with raw energy and unapologetic attitude, returns to captivate audiences once again.

Known for their iconic anthem “Bodies,” Drowning Pool needs no introduction. This breakout single propelled them to international recognition, leaving an indelible mark on the nu metal landscape. The song’s relentless energy and defiant spirit resonated with a generation, becoming an anthem for moshers, metalheads, and fans of electrifying live performances.

Drowning Pool’s return is a testament to the enduring power of their music, a reminder that their unapologetic spirit continues to strike chords with audiences worldwide. The band experienced a triumphant resurgence in 2023 and with new music on the horizon, a 2024/25 calendar proving that the demand for the band isn’t about to slow down. Drowning Pool has a white knuckle grip on their present and future with no plans to slow down.

SPINESHANK Formed in 1996 in Los Angeles, Spineshank exploded onto the late 90’s Metal scene with their 1998 Roadrunner debut Strictly Diesel, and quickly built a rabid underground following, hitting the road alongside current and future luminaries like Sepultura, System of A Down, Fear Factory, Biohazard, and Static-X.

Known for their fusion of industrial metal, alternative metal, and nu-metal elements, Spineshank gained prominence in the late 1990s and early 2000s as part of the emerging wave of heavy music influenced by electronic textures and aggressive rhythms. 

Known for their emotionally charged compositions and intense live performances, Spineshank left a lasting impact on the metal scene, blending heavy riffs, electronic undertones, and introspective lyrics to craft a distinctive sound that has resonated with fans worldwide for over 30 years. over, as Spineshank returns with a revamped lineup featuring original members Jonny Santos, Rob Garcia, and Tommy Decker, along with new recruits Tommy Decker, Jr. (Guitar) and Jason Hager (ex-Chimaira -Guitar) to celebrate the 25^th anniversary of their landmark release The Height of Callousness.
