Trailblazers of the psych-rock genre The Dandy Warhols and The Black Angels have just announced their headline gig in The Academy, Dublin on Sunday 29th September 2024.

The tour follows the release of The Dandy Warhols' acclaimed new album ROCKMAKER which birthed a selection of very special singles
including the buzz-heavy raw punk of 'The Summer of Hate', 'Danzig With Myself' which featured the fuzzy falsetto of Pixies' Frank Black, the acid-rock of 'I’d Like To Help You With Your Problem' featuring Slash, and the shadowy obsessiveness of 'I Will Never Stop Loving You' featuring Debbie Harry. For psych-rock legends The Black Angels, their best music has always reflected a wide-screen view of the world back at us, helping distill the universal into something far more personal. Since forming in Austin in 2004, The Black Angels have become standard-bearers for modern psych-rock that does exactly that, which is one of many reasons why the group’s latest album, Wilderness of Mirrors, feels so aptly named.
