DUE TO INCREASED TRAFFIC AND SECURITY MEASURES PATRONS ARE ADVISED TO BE AT THE VENUE IN SUFFICIENT TIME

IMPORTANT: NO QUEUING ALLOWED...CUSTOMERS SHOULD PLAN TO BE WITHIN THE VENUE 30 MINS BEFORE SHOW START. If patrons do turn up early, they will be turned away at restricted area points around the venue. Queuing in streets around the venue will cause disruption to local residents and we appeal to patrons to heed this advice and respect the local community.

 

THINGS TO KNOW

• Due to health and safety, there are strictly no camping/collapsible chairs/stools permitted in the venue. Please do not bring these items as security will have to refuse you entry with them.

• No glass, metal or hard plastic bottles will be permitted.

• No professional cameras or cameras with a detachable lens, video cameras & audio.

• Obey the stewards and Gardaí and instructions given over the public address for your own safety.

• There are no re-admissions to the concert. If you leave, there is no re- entry.

• Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission without refund to anyone who fails to comply with these T&Cs, as agreed by customer and per Ticketmaster Purchase Policy.

• Promoters and An Garda Siochana reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone under the influence of alcohol.

• Don’t rush to exits after the concerts

 

TRANSPORT

Plan and book your return travel arrangements in advance, allowing at least an extra 2 hours travel time to and from the venue. As traffic delays are inevitable you are strongly encouraged to walk, cycle and use public transport. Promoters do not operate transport to/from the venue, this is a matter for customers to arrange in advance.

LUAS: Red Line to Heuston Station leaves you within walking distance of the venue.

TRAIN: Irish Rail run services to Dublin Connolly and Heuston. From Connolly take LUAS Red Line to Heuston Station. Please check timetables here: www.irishrail.ie

BUS: Routes 52, 60, C1, C2, C3, C4 leave you within close proximity to the venue. Alight at stop 2637 (St John’s Road

West) Route Nos 13, G1, G2 Alight at stop 1942 (St James’ Hospital). Please check the timetables: www.transportforireland.ie

PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO public parking facilities available locally. Please do NOT park illegally or in residential areas. Plan your route in advance.

 

APPROACH ROUTES

Please follow the signage to direct you to the concert entrance. The entrance is the EAST GATE on Military Road

 

TICKETING QUERIES

There will be one box office located inside the concert entry point. Please download your tickets to your phone ahead of the event – don’t wait until the day. Screenshots will not be valid as barcodes are live and updating regularly.

 

AGE POLICY

Under 18’s MUST be accompanied at all times by a Parent/Guardian over 25, take full responsibility and remain with them throughout the event. 18+ must have ID.

Strict age monitoring in place. Unaccompanied under 18’s will be refused entry without refund. All attendees must have a ticket. Recommended no under 5’s.

Please note, all forms close 7 days out from event date. Accessible ticket holders do not need to contact us. They will be contacted directly regarding accessible parking / drop- off locations. All accessible parking must be arranged in advance.

Royal Hospital Kilmainham is in a residential area, we would appeal to all concert goers to respect the local community by not littering, not engaging in anti-social behaviour and by not parking illegally. Please respect the stadium neighbours. Thank you for your support and enjoy the concert.
